Happy Friday with #FreeFromFridays

Happy Friday, and welcome to #FreeFromFridays! Thanks for everyone who linked up last week. It is heart-warming to see so many lovely people in our ‘Free From’ community.

Come and join our private group on Facebook. It would be nice to help each other share those posts and have a place to chat. You can also find out how to join our ‘tribe’ there so we can share each other’s content on Pinterest.

The past week for us was spent picking pumpkins at Willows Farm, carving them, painting our teal pumpkin, trick or treating and gorging on sweets. Everything else is a blur…

Head over to Willows Farm for a great autumnal day in London - their pumpkin patch is impressive! Oh, and read on if you want to find some fun facts about pumpkins. I had no idea about #3!

Last week, three posts really resonated with me.

Penelope tells us about her son Harry’s reactions in the past couple of months and the guilt that comes with it.

Midgie wrote about something I have worried a lot over the past few years: how teeth can be affected by allergies.

Nat always amazes me, and she outdid herself again! The Spiderman cake she whipped up for her son Callum’s 5th birthday is a real masterpiece!

Over to you now! Grab the badge and add your posts below. Emma and I are looking forward to a good read with a cup of coffee in hand.

Thank you so much for featuring Callum’s Spider-Man cake lovely!
I worry about C’s teeth too, and get them checked every 6 months! I’ve been told it’s the antihistamine at bedtime that canva use the biggest trouble, so get him to brush his teeth straight after!
    xx

It’s a gorgeous cake, and I really appreciate you supporting our little linky and taking part every week honey. Oh that’s a good point about the antihistamines before bed. I’ll make sure Jumpy always brushes her teeth after taking hers.
