Time for a Snack & #FreeFromFridays

Is it just me who thinks about nothing but snacks, treats and nibbles at the moment? I could eat my body weight in biscuits. Seriously!

Thanks to everyone who has been taking part in Free From Fridays, whether it was your first time last week or whether you link up every week. Sorry if I haven’t seen your post yet: I have planned an evening of Free From Fridays tonight so I can catch up and get some ‘free from’ inspiration for (more) snacks, recipes and tips!

Talking about snacks, the recipe from last week that got my attention straight away was this ‘quick to whip up’ Lime and Coconut, Gluten Free Vegan Cookie recipe that can be found on ‘Life with my Little Duck’ and let me tell you something: they look like the whole batch would disappear in an afternoon with my little gang! The raw version also looks appealing. Is it just me who loves cookie dough?

To balance it all and not feel so guilty, I think I would have these babies with Kate’s sin-free smoothie, sweetened naturally and full of goodness (vitamins K, A, C, E – you name it: the smoothie contains it!). This Naturally Sweet Raw Green Smoothie really sounds like Magic in a Glass and it contains no added sugar or sweeteners. Boom!
