Vegan Delights & #FreeFromFridays

Happy Friday! Thanks to everyone who joined in with Free From Fridays in the past couple of weeks. Three recipes really stood out for me. Check them out!

First, Eb’s Pumpkin Hummus is right up my street. We love a dip at home, and for my little family, there’s nothing quite like houmous / hummus (how do you guys spell it?).

Midge is the Queen of homegrown food. She’s been tantalising us with her allotment for months, and this Roasted Squash, Kale & Grapefruit Salad, made with kale and squash she grew with love and patience. It’s so pretty and vibrant!

Last but not least, could you resist this moreish, decadent Mocha Walnut Slice?

We relaunched #FreeFromFridays a couple of weeks ago after a long summer break. We are planning to grow our Facebook community to help you share and promote your ‘free from’ content. Just request an invite here. We’d love to have you!

We’ll also be launching social media sharing threads to help us all grow and find relevant content to share.

What can I link?

Any blog post that features a recipe free from a common allergen (eg. milk, egg, nuts, gluten), posts about eczema, hay fever or allergy-related advice, travel, experience or information.

When can I link?

#FreeFromFridays opens on Friday and closes on the following Monday just before midnight.

    Lovely recipes!! Thank you so much for including my pumpkin hummus/houmous. The internet seems a bit divided on whether it’s hummus or houmous…I must confess I chose ‘hummus’ as it was the spelling more commonly searched for! Well, that and it looks more like the way I pronounce it! But hey, who cares so long as it tastes nice, eh? 😉 Eb x

      I know, I’m always amazed by the gorgeous recipes we get on #FreeFromFridays. Everyone is so creative with their ‘free from’ cooking. I love it!
