Happy Friday, lovely people! Anyone fancy a fresh, seasonal vegan meal? Before I get started, I owe you all a huge apology. I have been the worst blogger in the world in the past few weeks, with life taking over and my commenting and sharing being abysmal. I will catch up, I promise, so please don’t put me in blogger jail just now!
A 3-Course Vegan Meal
Oki doki, now we’ve cleared that one, for your starter, why not have these scrumptious Vegan Red Onion & Chilli Cheese Scones by ‘The Peachicks Bakery?’
The main course, Midge’s Asparagus & Pea Spring Salad with Vegan Cheesy Toast is seasonal, fresh, full of colours and flavours. It is cheesy without the dairy, mouth-watering and pretty. What more could you possibly want?
To finish your meal on a sweet and zingy note, why not having one (or two) of these incredibly cute Vegan Mini Key Lime Pies by ‘The Baking Explorer.’ Spinach, avocado, pecans, dates… this treat is a sin-free one, and a moreish-looking one too!
What have you been cooking this week?
Save me on Pinterest for later:
Oh Mel, don’t feel bad – life is way more important than blogging…and I didn’t even notice, I bet no one else did either…I feel constantly like I am not ‘doing enough’ of various blogging related things (hey we can hang out in Blogger Jail together!!) but there are only so many hours in the day – aaaargh drives me crazy sometimes, but I comfort myself with the idea that I probably have years and years of blogging ahead of me…so I will get there in the end!! 😀 Eb x
Agreed 100%. I definitely don’t want to compromise on my children’s happiness. Lots of cuddles and fun, a little blogging 🙂
Delicious round up as usual Mel, sitting in the sun in my garden and smacking my lips…..will add linky…just as soon as I can prise my arse out of this garden chair!!!
I’m the same: garden bound with the girls, and loving every minute of it!
What a delicious vegan roundup! I’ve just linked up my latest vegan and gluten free recipe. Have a nice weekend:)
Thanks Monika! Have a lovely weekend too.
3 courses, all suitable for my whole family, what’s not to like. I love the scones, will def be trying them. Life is crazy busy here too, I never seem to get a minute to blog anymore. It’s full on with the boys and that’s good but I’m neglecting the me time I tend to spend blogging. Here’s to a less crazy June.
I’ll drink to that!!
I had no idea how amazing vegan food could be until we were thrown into the allergy world. And I think that salad just looks delicious.
Same here! I would never have looked at vegan food twice, but I love it these days!
A delicious round up as always. I want to try those scones #freefromfridays
Me too!
