Happy #FreeFromFridays everyone! Today is all about cake. Cake, cake, cake!
I had a lovely day at my friend Rebecca’s house last week and she made me this delicious Gluten-free Vegan Mocha Cake. Right, how could I describe it? The sponge was light and delicious. The ganache? Oh my… it was something else. It was rich, decadent and most importantly, so so full of coffee yumminess. The best cake you could have with a cup of coffee! The recipe is coming soon on ‘Glutarama‘ (no pressure, Rebecca!).
Now here is another recipe from Rebecca, which looks and sounds absolutely delicious: Pear and Chocolate Cake. Even if you’re not interested in cake (are you even human?), I’d recommend having a look at Rebecca’s post as she’s reshot her recipe and I find it really interesting to see the progress between her 2015 and 2018 photos. Oh wow, have you seen this Vegan Chocolate Orange Cake by ‘The Baking Expolorer?’ Kat made this vegan cake completely over the top and that’s what I love most about it: it is rich, chocolatey and Kat even made little chocolate orange slices to top the cheesecake. What a beauty!
