Happy Friday everyone! Cancel all your plans this weekend: it’s the Allergy Show for the next three days. It really is the ultimate place to be for anything ‘free from!’ If you haven’t been before, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Entry is free (download your tickets here) and it’s the best place to discover new allergy-friendly food and drink as well as home products or ask experts questions you might have about your allergies, intolerances or lifestyle choices.
I am really excited to have a ‘Mummy and Jumpy’ day at the allergy and ‘free from’ show today and I hope there are loads of new treats my little lady can try.
If you are there this weekend, look for my friend Vicki, who blogs at ‘The Free From Fairy.’ Vicki will be selling her award-winning flour there. It’s the best ‘free from’ flour blend we’ve ever tried!
Come and link up your ‘Free From’ posts!

Join the #FreeFromFridays Community!
Come and join our private group on Facebook. It would be nice to help each other share those posts and have a place to chat. You can also share your email address there to join our ‘tribe’ so we can save each other’s content on Pinterest.
We have a ‘Free From’ Fridays board on Pinterest. It is completely empty at the moment, but with 890,000 followers, there is always potential for exposure. If you fancy an invite, just make sure you follow me on Pinterest and ask in the comments section. Everyone who takes part in #FreeFromFridays is welcome to join and add a pin for every pin they save onto one of their boards.
