Free Tickets for the Allergy Show & #FreeFromFridays

If you haven’t got your tickets for the Allergy & Free From Show, what on earth are you waiting for? You can get your FREE tickets here. If you think there wouldn’t be anything for you there because you haven’t got any allergies, let me stop you there! Last year, I went with my friend Anne, who has no allergies, skin condition or exclusion diet. She simply goes every single year because it’s the best show in London (her words, not mine!).

Basically, the show is one giant fair where you can taste some delicious food (it also happens to be ‘free from’), try some lovely skincare, enjoy cooking classes and chat with experts within the ‘free from’ community.

Let’s not forget about the great deals you can get there too! Last year, I treated myself to a smaller bowl for my Vitamix blender, at a competitive price. In fact, I’d been looking on eBay for months for a reduced one, but the shiny new one I bought at the show was much much cheaper than any of the ‘bargains’ I’d found online.

Last year was one of my favourites I have to say. I went for the three days: one day with my friend Anne, one day with my daughter, who could try lots and lots of ‘allowed’ goodies (we even had a sit down meal courtesy of Tesco) and treats and one day with my best friend, looking at skincare products, chatting with friends, sampling the food, trying the massage chairs and crying with laughter on the exercise boards. I also went to a cooking demonstration by my friend Vicki, spent ages talking to Dr Dawn and had an ice lolly!

Do you want to have a healthier lifestyle?

Do you like food?

Do you suffer from hay fever?

Do dust mites make you life miserable?

Are you on an exclusion diet of any kind?

Do you like a decent goodie bag?

If you answered yes to any of the above then the Allergy & Free From Show is for you. Grab your free tickets now!

My advice? Bring a large bag. I tend to go with a small case on wheels. Yes, the Allergy & Free From Show is THAT good!

I’m also going for the 3 days this year 🙂 I’ve been going for the past year and it’s the best show I’ve ever been to. I don’t normally bother with these kinds of shows as I find them too samey / noisy / salesy…
