Happy Friday, world! This week has been a busy one and my four have been under the weather, so I’m looking forward to a semi-quiet weekend cuddling on the sofa with my little ones.
I don’t know if it’s because the days are getting shorter or because of the bitter wind outside, but I just want all the chocolate at the moment. All of it! It’s no surprise I’ve focused on chocolate-themed recipes this week, really.
The first recipe I spotted from last week’s linky is Rebecca’s Vegan Instant Hot Chocolate Mix. Topped with her vegan marshmallow fluff, it looks absolutely perfect on a cold November night!
Last but not least, picture this: a chocolate tart base made with biscuits, chocolate, sea salt and butter… I am in heaven already, but Rebecca didn’t just make an empty shell. She filled this beauty of a Gluten Free Salted Chocolate Tart with cocoa, double cream, coffee and a little salt (plus a few other ingredients, but you get the gist). I want a slice now!
