I have been a bit quiet over the past couple of weeks because I was hacked (yes, again!) despite top-notch security on the blog. If you are a blogger, make sure you tighten the security on your site, change your password to something impossible to crack (mixture of numbers, lower case letters, symbols and upper case letters, not spelling something) and set up automatic backups of your site.
Enough of the boring geeky talk, let’s have a bit of a romantic theme this week. After reading all the posts from last week, three stood out. They were full of love, colour and even better: they were sweet treats!
Picture this: a decadent dessert that is rich, creamy, full of flavours and topped with a crunchy caramel, add some berries and you have Kate’s White Chocolate & Raspberry Crème Brûlée.
Now check out these gorgeous Chocolate Strawberry Heart Kebabs by Nova at ‘Cherished by me.’ Don’t they look scrumptious? Chocolate covered strawberries just scream “Valentine’s Day!” and these kebabs look so cute. I will definitely be doing that with the little ones next week!
Egg-free Chocolate Muffins, you say? Oh yes, and they also happen to be in a heart-shaped muffin case. How cute are these? Check out Corina’s recipe here.
