Happy Friday! Today, I wanted to chat to you about something a bit different. My friend Vicki, who blogs at ‘The Free From Fairy,’ has just launched an e-course for people who are making the switch to a gluten-free diet. Check it out here.
Vicki is a food scientist, recipe developer and presenter, and she even created her very own gluten-free flour blend (the best one on the market if you’re asking me!). She switched to a gluten-free diet when she was diagnosed with IBS, and her daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease when she was 3 years old. Vicki’s helps people every day through her blog, delicious recipes and when she does food demonstrations.
Here is what to expect from Vicki’s course:
Essential Information
You’ve been diagnosed with coeliac/celiac disease or you need to follow a gluten free diet for other reasons? Vicki has compiled all essential information you need in one place, in easy bite-sized chunks (38 lessons).
Community
You’re not alone. There are millions of people who can help you and by joining Vicki’s programme, you’ll be able to chat to others in a closed support group 24 hours a day.
Confidence
Changing your diet can knock your confidence. You might feel like you can’t cook anymore or even go to the shops and buy food safely. Vicki will teach you everything you need to know to get yourself back up and running.
What are you waiting for? Go and join Vicki’s course here!
