Huge Primark Haul for Summer

Primark Memories

I have a ‘little’ Primark haul for you today, peeps! Do clothes in Primark just keep getting better and better? Seriously, I remember my first visit to Primark. It was when I was a trainee teacher, 15 years ago. The shop on Kilburn High Road looked more like a junk shop than a place where you had any chance of finding a nice outfit. There were more clothes on the floor than there were on hangers. I distinctly remember having to rustle through a mountain of T-shirts in the hope there would be my size or the style I was after. It was chaos. The shop was understaffed, disorganised and understocked. I couldn’t see Primark becoming a high-street favourite.

Are Primark Clothes Really Worth it?

How wrong was I? These days, there’s a Primark around every corner, and a visit to the cheap clothes shop is always on the list when friends and family come over from France. They are always amazed to find decent quality clothes this cheap. I rarely go to Primark, but when I do, I leave the shop with a paper bag or three and I have clothes from Primark that have lasted a lot longer and aged a lot better than much more expensive pieces from Gap, Boden or even John Lewis, at a fraction of the price.

Who Doesn’t Love a Primark Haul?

I am not saying it is all perfect and the best clothes in the world can be found in Primark, but they have a nice range and they’re definitely good value for money. Until I went a week or so ago, my last visit had been in November. As soon as I got home that day, I decided to film a small Primark haul just because I’d seen a lot of those hauls on YouTube and I thought my friends might benefit from it (who doesn’t love a bargain?). I distinctly remember it because it was the first video I put together that didn’t make me cringe. Feeling confident (or feeling ‘normal’ even) in front of a lens takes a lot of practice, doesn’t it?

A Trip to Primark with the Family?

My mum, my brother’s girlfriend and my gorgeous little nephew (I’m biased, but he’s really scrummy!) have just spent a few days with us and we HAD to go to Primark. If I remember well, we went three times when they were there. I was ecstatic with my purchases and filmed a vlog that includes everything I bought as well as stuff my mum and Mégane bought as well. Family Primark haul, anyone?

I went back a couple of days later to buy more of the Skelfie T-shirts and I got one for my little man. It was £5. Mégane got hers in the ‘reduced’ section, so that’s probably why hers was £1.50. I also found a nice stripy swimsuit for myself for £8 (seriously, £8!) and a few more T-shirts for my little man, at £5 each (Guns N’ Roses, Rolling Stones, Minecraft, Batman & Nirvana). My favourite thing of all? A giant inflatable ring flamingo (it’s huge). It was £12 if I remember well (or was it £10?). The kids love it (erm, so do I!)!

i always get so gutted when i see primary hauls because I then go in and look and just can’t be doing with the carnage lol. I so want to have a good look around but the one we live near is always so busy and there are always clothes all over the floor. Boooo Lovely stuff you have got though just wish i could order online and get delivery.

Whenever I go, I make sure it’s at 9 a.m. straight after taking the children to school. Nothing on the floor at that time 🙂

I haven’t been to Primark for a while, I tend to shop online for clothes. But really need to take a trip as I do love it! x

I’m the same. I also shop online for pretty much anything, and that’s why I go to Primark once every six months or so although it’s 5 minutes’ walk from my house.

I do occasionally shop in Primark but mainly for kids clothes as they are ideal for nursery! I love that kids hat and I really want the inflatable flamingo! x

I love Primark too! It’s amazing just how cheap everything is! We got the flamingo inflatable the other week, and the unicorn one too. They are a bargain! This has made me want to go back again at the weekend and have another spree, I blame you!!

I like Primark for inexpensive clothes for the kids but can never find anything in there for me – thinking mine would love an inflatable flamingo too

Let’s be honest, Primark is amazing, there is so much cool stuff in their and I have some of my best bargains – plus because it’s not that expensive I don’t mind if the kids wreck it too much :p

I love Primark for summer clothes. You don’t get much wear out of them in this country anyway, and I don’t feel bad buying new stuff the next year!

LOVE a good Primark haul, we’re definitely spoilt here in the UK having such cheap clothes, and Primark always has such a wide range!

Primark is amazing but I am always concerned about how they keep their so prices so extraordinarily low.

I don’t really shop in Primark, but I think I need to start popping in more often.

It’s great for good bargains every so often. I normally go in twice a year and find lots!

I prefer online shopping but I assume Primark doesn’t still have a full-fledged one yet! There are always good designs and seasonal clothing and some I have bought in the past are good qualities too! Not shopping a lot at Primark now but there is always at least a few from Primark when we go on holidays, especially for kids 🙂 cheap, affordable, good attractive designs and trendy and even if they make it too dirty during holidays, I don’t have to worry too much considering the amount I spent on them :).

    Love your collections!:)
