I love Big Ben. I’ve never seen it from that angle before.

Great perspective Mel! Lovely shot! Do anything special in the big smoke that day?

    • 14/09/2014 / 7:50 pm

I did! I spoke about my little one’s allergies at a conference for GPs.

I do, too! Every single time I venture into central London, I think about how lucky I am to live so close to this beautiful city.

Nice shot – looks like the leaning tower of Big Ben!

Thanks Fiona. I was walking towards Westminster station. x

Beautiful take on Big Ben, usually it’s just of the tower but this adds so much more to the photo

    Thank you for linking up

    • 14/09/2014 / 8:49 pm

Thanks! As I was taking photos of the tower, I kept thinking that all the photos I have ever taken of it just look the same. I was just trying to think out of the box and am quite pleased with this shot.

Fab angle, miss London madly, a trip is in order x

Let me know when you visit, we could have coffee somewhere. X

This is great – I love the reversal of the shot – the usual big money picture of Big Ben being blurred into the background with the focus on the ironwork is so unusual and such a great perspective.

    • 15/09/2014 / 9:31 pm

Thanks. The ornate iron fence really caught my eye!

  15. 15/09/2014 / 9:34 pm

What a great shot – a day trip into London with the children?! A brave move x

    • 15/09/2014 / 9:41 pm

No, just me and Wriggly in Westminster for the day. I was speaking about Jumpy’s allergies at a conference for GPs.
