Although I love watching my children play, chat, fight and interact with each other, I have always stuck to just observing them quietly or taking photos of them. I have some little videos, but not that many. Three months ago, a group of fab creative bloggers and I came up with Snapshots & Scenes, a monthly project focusing on video and photos. The idea is simple: as you are enjoying the little moments with your family, record them on film or on camera and share them with the world, ideally through photo and video.
On the first Monday of every month, I put together a short video of no more than 60 seconds, to capture the essence of the month just gone. I generally start with about 30 minutes of footage, and although it is tough to select a clip rather than another, or to trim it so much that only 1 second remains, it is also pretty satisfying to see those snippets, the absolute gold nuggets from our month just gone. I have a lot to learn, so bear with me, but I’m having fun! Scroll to the bottom to join us!
Why not join us by linking your own Snapshots & Scenes from the past month?
